Kim Kardashian may be on the rebound but that doesn’t mean she’s a man stealer.

After the cover of InTouch magazine said Kardashian was “sinking to a new low”, throwing herself at close friend Eva Longoria’s ex Eduardo Cruz, the reality star took to Twitter to defend herself.

"I'm used to rumors & almost never address them," Kardashian tweeted.

However, "it's not ok when magazines like InTouch involve my close friends in their made-up stories."

In the cover story, the magazine claims that even though Longoria was having “second thoughts” about her breakup with Cruz, Kardashian broke “one of the most important codes of friendship” by sending Longoria’s former love "flirty text messages and sexy pictures of herself. ”

The article’s insider even added that Kardashian and Cruz had “plans to go on vacation next month.”

While the reality star normally stays mum on tabloid rumors, Kardashian felt the need to address the claim.

Kardashian said the magazine was “told by multiple people that their current cover isn't true, but they decided to go ahead & run it anyway. So there you have it."

A mere few weeks ago, Kardashian’s pal Longoria ended her year-long romance with the Spanish heartthrob.

It was the “Desperate Housewives” actress first relationship after splitting with ex-husband Tony Parker, who like Kardashian’s former hubby Kris Humphries, is an NBA star.
