Ben Affleck has been brushing up on his superhero skills for years.
While attending a Halloween party during her rise to fame on “Boy Meets World”, Danielle Fishel, now 33, recalls in her memoir “Normally This Would Be Cause For Concern: Tales of Calamity and Unrelenting Awkwardness” how Affleck, now 42, carried her to safety after she took a bad fall in 5-inch heels.
“Out of nowhere, I was on my face. I had stumbled over a portion of uneven stone and my ridiculous shoes had decided to fling me to the found rather than break my ankle,” she writes. “My hands were cut up in a thousand places, and using my sleuth like investigation skills, I deciphered that my lip was bleeding because I could taste blood. Oh, and it hurt like hell.”

The actress then describes how she just laid there “splayed out on the ground” trying to figure out what to do next.
“Suddenly, I was scooped up in someone’s arms and hoisted into the air. I looked at my captor and realized something horrific. He was terrifyingly handsome. Like incredibly, ruggedly, mind-bogglingly handsome.” Fishel reveals, “My fishnet panty hose were torn at both knees and blood was running all the way down my left leg. My first thought was something like ‘Please don’t bleed on this handsome man, Danielle’ and my next thought was ‘Holy hell, this man is Ben Affleck. This handsome giant is Ben freaking Affleck and you might bleed on him.'”
