'Dancing With The Stars' recap: The winner is ...

Deaf "America's Next Top Model" star Nyle DiMarco spoke loud and clear through his dancing.

So it was no surprise he won season 22 of "Dancing with the Stars" on Tuesday night, besting martial arts fighter Paige VanZant, who finished second, and "Good Morning America" meteorologist Ginger Zee, who came in third.

All three stars performed one final "fusion" dance, with DiMarco and VanZant scoring a perfect 30 and Zee notching 27 points.

"This is so mind-blowing. We're in complete shock," DiMarco's pro partner Peta Murgatroyd said.

DiMarco, who danced despite being unable to hear a note of the music, said through an interpreter, "This is for the 70 million deaf people in this world. That's the reason I'm here. They are the reason and that's why I [was] doing so well every week. They really gave me that inspiration and I'm so thankful for that.

"[My win] means that barriers can be broken. Even though there are barriers there, it doesn't mean that you can't break them. You just gotta work twice as hard, set your goals, and break those barriers. Opportunities are endless."

DiMarco will be traveling to Hong Kong soon for a modeling job, then heading to Las Vegas to host an event for his Nyle DiMarco Foundation, a non-profit organization which helps deaf children and their parents.

Meanwhile, Murgatroyd, who is engaged to former "DWTS" pro Maksim Chmerkovskiy, told FOX411 their wedding plans are proceeding fast.

"[They are going] really well. We've got some dates booked out," she said coyly.

VanZant, whose partner Mark Ballas celebrated his 30th birthday on Tuesday, wasn't upset about finishing second.

"It felt amazing. Of course I wanted to win the mirror ball for Mark's birthday but at the same time, I'm very happy for Nyle, he's inspiring people and he's doing things that no one else has ever done before and it's beautiful and I loved watching him grow throughout this entire season."

VanZant was happy the show gave her a platform to speak out about bullying, which she suffered as a kid. However, she  is looking forward to getting back into the octagon.

"I miss my fight world," she said. "I miss punching people."

VanZant told FOX411 she heads to Thailand next month to film a role in Jean-Claude Van Damme's "Kickboxer" sequel: "I'm very excited. It's my first movie role and at the same time, I'm actually going to have part of my fight camp in Thailand to get ready for my upcoming fight."

Ballas, who had friends, cast, and crew serenade him with "Happy Birthday" backstage, will be going on a concert tour with his singer fiancée BC Jean this summer as they plan their nuptials.

Like VanZant, third place finisher Zee was just grateful to have made it to the finals, telling FOX411, "It sounds strange to be satisfied and not win ... I believe in Nyle and what he's going to do for the world with this. It felt like a win being here."

The "GMA" meteorologist hopes to teach science to kids by doing voice work for a new Disney Juniors show, "Miles from Tomorrowland," and working on a children's book about a young storm chaser.

Val will be doing a dance tour with his brother, Maks, and said it will show "how Chmerkovskiy became a household name. It's basically our story leading up to 'DWTS' and how life has taken us on journeys. Our first gig was performing in Russian restaurants in New York when I was like 12 ... to now performing in front of millions of people. It's a story about brotherhood, ambition, [and] family told through dance."

As is customary on finale night, all of the season's competitors returned, and Fox News' own Geraldo Rivera, the first celebrity to be eliminated, told FOX411, "I think the right person won. I predicted Nyle would win ... he would have been spectacular even if he could hear ... Nyle's victory was very much to be appreciated in every way."

Rivera, who sometimes debates Kimberly Guilfoyle on "The Five," thinks his colleague would make an excellent future "DWTS" competitor.

"The [DWTS] makeup ladies all asked me to ask Kimberly, thinking she would be a great person on 'Dancing with the Stars,' " he said.

"I don't think [Bill] O'Reilly has the beat," he laughed. "Sean [Hannity] might."
