Grammy Award Winner singer Bruno Mars (Peter Hernández) has decided to plead guilty for alleged possession of cocaine when staying at the Hard Rock Hotel in Las Vegas last September, according to Nevada media outlet Las Vegas Review Journal.

According to the daily, Hernández  is scheduled to appear in court in front of a Las Vegas judge on Feb 4. He intends to plead guilty and be sentenced in state court, said his attorneys and Clark County District Attorney David Roger to the Las Vegas Review Journal.

Hernández will be sentenced to a year of probation and will pay a $2,000 fine. The performer will also have to engage in 200 hours of community service as well as receive drug counseling.
