'Brady Bunch' star Eve Plumb makes millions with sale of Malibu home

Former “Brady Bunch” star Eve Plumb sold her Malibu beach home for $3.9 million last week after purchasing the house in 1969 for $55,300, the Los Angeles Times reported.

Plumb, who played the middle daughter on the show Jan, bought the Escondido beach house at just 11-years-old. The 1950s style cottage went on the market earlier this year and Meis Architects — designers of the Staples Center — reportedly already have plans for redesigning it.

The house currently sits at 850 square feet with three bedrooms and a one-and-a-half bathrooms, however after renovations, The LA Times reports it will be a three-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home with 3,500 square feet. The home is set to also include a retractable moon-roof and floor-to-ceiling glass walls.

The 57-year-old actress starred in the sitcom for five seasons from 1969 to 1974.
