A pall hung over Sunday night’s Grammy Awards as Whitney Houston’s daughter remained in a coma on music’s biggest night.

At industry giant Clive Davis’ pre-Grammy gala the night before, Magic Johnson urged the Beverly Hilton ballroom crowd to observe a moment of silence for Bobbi Kristina Brown, 21, Houston’s daughter with Bobby Brown, who remained in a coma after being discovered unconscious in a bathtub on Jan. 31.

Houston herself died under eerily similar circumstances just hours before the 2012 gala, and her death continues to cast a shadow over the event.

The families are reportedly warring over potential funeral plans as cops focus on Bobbi Kristina’s boyfriend, Nick Gordon, amid reports of foul play.

Doctors have told the family there is nothing else they can do for the troubled aspiring singer, but her dad reportedly refuses to give up hope.

A family source said Bobbi Kristina still had unexplained injuries.

Meanwhile, family friend and movie mogul Tyler Perry visited the Atlanta hospital where Bobbi Kristina is currently on life support.

Brown hitched a ride with Perry from Los Angeles to Atlanta when he learned of his daughter’s condition.
