Al Qaeda operatives were forced to sign a Mafia-like oath of allegiance to the jihadi terror network and its mastermind Osama bin Laden, newly released materials discovered inside the slain terror chief’s hideout show.
The documents were presented by federal prosecutors who want bin Laden’s ghost front and center at the trial of an accused al Qaeda operative set to kick off in Brooklyn on Tuesday.
“I accept your allegiance on behalf of Sheik Usama,” reads a portion of the oath, prosecutors said. “And to follow whomever Sheik Usama assigns to be my Amir on the jihad for the sake of God.”
