It certainly is one small world.

Puerto Rican star Jennifer López will be crossing paths with her ex Sean “Diddy” Combs in the televised singing copmpetition, “American Idol” where López is currently one of the judges.

Diddy will be appearing on the show April 18.

He will be performing his new tune “Coming Home” and give the remaining contestants some tips on “swagger” and how to keep it together, as first reported by entertainment portal AccessHollywood.com

“I’m helping [the contestants] with their styles. I’m helping to kind of dress them with Sean John,” Diddy revealed to Access’ Maria Menounos.

“I’m bringing a celebrity stylist to help us… We’re going try to get them to have that superstar shine and swagger that I try to exude on a daily basis.

The hip hop mogul expressed how he cares for J.Lo and how he is “so proud” of the Latina diva.

“She has made me cry like, twice, and she’s looked good doing it. And she has made sense so, you know, I’m proud of her,” Diddy told AccessHollywood.com

“She’s a nice person so, you know, when you’re super nice, your emotions get the best of you,” he continued. “It’s good though — it’s good to see that change in the competitive shows. I think she’s very refreshing.”
