Heidi Montag is trying to kickoff a new fashion trend—Kinesio tape.
The reality TV star walked the red carpet of the The Evolution of Relationship Reality Shows at The Paley Center in Beverly Hills last Thursday wearing strips of black tape down her right arm.
“I had minor surgery for severe tendonitis and the tape helps the muscles heal faster,” the 28-year-old, who wore a simple black tank top and leather pants, told Us Weekly.
“I forgot my jacket and Spencer [Pratt] said it looked cool so I went for it,” she added about the unusual accessory. “I felt like I had a giant tattoo for a night, it was so cool!”
After months of discussing whether or not kids were in Montag and Pratt’s future, the starlet revealed she’s put any baby plans aside.
But her sister, Holly’s, pregnancy may have scared her straight.
“I was like, ‘I think I can put this off for a little bit because you look really uncomfortable,” she quipped to the magazine. “I’m three years younger. Maybe I can wait three more years to catch up.”
