Vikings RB Adrian Peterson absolutely scorched the Lions defense with his spin move on this run. Marcio Jose Sanchez Associated Press

If you think Minnesota Vikings running back Adrian Peterson is washed up, you might want to check out this run -- specifically the sick spin move he puts on a Detroit Lions defender to pick up seven extra yards and a fresh set of downs.

Peterson (illness) was downgraded to questionable before the game, when he swallowed his chewing tobacco on the team flight and threw up. There didn't seem to be any lingering effects, though, as he looked as nimble as ever navigating his way for that 11-yard gain.

Peterson, 30, is in his ninth NFL season. He's making a tremendous comeback after missing 15 games last year, as he entered Week 7 as the NFL's seventh-leading rusher. His average of 86.4 yards per game in 2015 ranks fourth in the league.
