SAN DIEGO – Arizona Diamondbacks shortstop Stephen Drew has left a game against the San Diego Padres with tightness in his right groin.
Drew had a single, an RBI and scored a run before being replaced in the field by Josh Wilson in the bottom of the fourth inning Saturday night.
