Shannon Bream

Shannon Bream is a Supreme Court reporter for Fox News Channel (FNC). She joined FNC in fall 2007 and is based in the network's Washington, D.C.

bureau.

Most recently, she reported on the Supreme Court hearing of Obamacare. Previously, she provided the extensive nomination coverage of Judge Sonia

Sotomayor to the Supreme Court. In addition, Bream provided live coverage of the Supreme Court hearing on Guantanamo Bay detainees in June of 2008.

Before joining FNC, Bream was a weekend anchor and covered general assignments for Washington D.C.-based NBC affiliate, WRC-TV. Previously, she

anchored the evening and late-night news for the CBS affiliate, WBTV, in Charlotte, N.C. and held writing and reporting positions at the Tampa ABC

affiliate, WFTS-TV.

Prior to her career in television, Bream practiced corporate law in Tampa, Fla. In 1999, she was selected in a competition as a "citizen panelist" on

ABC's "Politically Incorrect."

She is a graduate of Liberty University and earned a Juris Doctorate with honors from Florida State University College of Law.
