“Supergirl” and “The Flash” will be teaming up for a musical two-part episode.

At the Television Critics Association Summer Press Tour, the nine producers for the CW’s superhero shows —“Supergirl,” “The Flash,” “Arrow” and “DC’s Legends of Tomorrow”— spoke to reporters about their plans for the fall.

“Yes, there will be a musical crossover,” Executive Producer Greg Berlanti said. “There’s going to be a musical pair of episodes in the back half of the year between ‘Supergirl’ and ‘The Flash.’”

Melissa Benoist, from “Supergirl,” and Grant Gustin, from “The Flash,” both have experience from Fox’s “Glee.”

"We have a number of people who can sing across all the shows, who will be making some very exciting appearances in the back half of the year,” Berlanti said.

The producers also revealed some news for “Arrow.” Executive producer Marc Guggenheim told reporters Dolph Lundgren will appear as a villain in Russian-set flashbacks.

The producers added that one character from one of the shows will be gay.

“One of the characters on one of the shows is going to explore their sexuality and coming out,” Andrew Kreisberg said.

The superhero shows will also have a four-way crossover in November.
