NEW YORK – Fashion mogul and "Project Runway" judge Michael Kors and his longtime partner, Lance LePere, are finally tying the knot, the New York Post reported Friday.
They have known each other since 1990, when LePere joined the designer's company as an intern.
Kors and LePere were spotted at the city clerk's office in Manhattan on Wednesday. A representative for Kors confirmed that the couple received a marriage license.
"Lance and I are very excited to finally be able to have the opportunity to marry in our home state after many years together," Kors said. "We have no plans for a major party, but we will be getting married privately."
