BUDAPEST, Hungary -- Hungarian police say they have captured a man suspected of killing four relatives and injuring three others with a machete.

Police from Fejer County say Csanad Jutas Horvath, 24, is suspected of killing his father, brother and grandparents and of injuring his mother, sister and another relative on Friday in the central town of Kulcs, in what is thought to be a family conflict.

Police said in a statement that Horvath was found hiding in brushes not far from the scene of the crimes and did not resist the arrest. He was later taken to hospital because of injuries he is thought to have suffered during the murder spree.
