Dutch won't underestimate Australia in 1st World Cup match since thrashing Spain 5-1

PORTO ALEGRE, Brazil – After thrashing Spain 5-1 in their World Cup opener, the Netherlands is hungry for more.

"We have three points and we want six more," Wesley Sneijder said Tuesday after training at Porto Alegre's Estadio Beira-Rio.

Sneijder's comment oozed confidence, but was also an attempt to tamp down euphoria sparked by the demolition of the reigning world and European champions and not underestimate an Australia team the Netherlands has not beaten in three previous attempts.

"Certainly after a 5-1 win like that the outside world might think it will be easy, but we don't," he says. "We know what we have to do."

Coach Louis van Gaal says he has a fully-fit squad for the Group B match, after defenders Ron Vlaar and Daley Blind recovered from minor knocks.
