Correction: Haiti-Northern Visit story

CARACOL, Haiti – In an April 11 story, The Associated Press erroneously reported that top State Department officials made an unannounced visit to northern Haiti. The story should have said the visit was included on a State Department public schedule, but that the delegates would not speak to reporters on the record.
