It has struggled to remain open but managed to survive.

Argentine doctor, Alejandra Ciappa, remembers that on 9/11 <a href="http://latino.foxnews.com/latino/news/2011/09/07/argentine-doctors-life-changed-forever-at-ground-zero/"><b>she helped evacuate seniors and that amid horror -- there was hope.</b></a>
