21 die as tourist boat sinks off India's Andaman and Nicobar Islands

NEW DELHI – An official says 21 tourists have died when their boat capsized in India's Andaman Sea in the Bay of Bengal.

Top Administrator P. Jawahar says 13 people were rescued Sunday off the eastern Andaman and Nicobar Islands.

Initial reports say the tourists were all Indians.
