Historic to catastrophic flooding continues across portions of the Plains and into the Great Lakes. Flood warnings and advisories are in effect especially for Nebraska and Iowa. Today is dry, but  light rain and or snow is expected Tuesday for parts of the Mississippi and Missouri River Basins where rivers are still rising.

Elsewhere, the weather pattern is quiet. Heavy rain is possible along a stationary front over south Florida.  Warm temperatures and snow melt could cause flooding for portions of the Northwest and Northern/Central Rockies.
