VIDEO: Girl gives custom-made Stormtrooper suit to bullied student

In 2012, then nine-year-old Katie Goldman was being bullied for her love of Star Wars. A group of cosplayers known as the 501st Legion stepped in, gifting her with a custom-made Stormtrooper suit and assuring her that Star Wars is not "just for boys."

Now Katie has paid it forward: This month she passed along her Stormtrooper armor to another girl being bullied for her love of Star Wars (and Spiderman).

FoxNews.com spoke with Katie and her mother Carrie Goldman, author of the book "Bullied," about her love of Star Wars and helping other girls who face bullying. Watch the full interview above.
