Trolley carrying wedding guests flips; 12 reportedly rushed to hospitals

The specific cause of the crash was unclear, but investigators said strong winds may have played a role. The vehicle, operated by a company named Jolly Trolley, started rocking before it overturned south of Dewey Beach, police told CBS News.
The trolley had 22 people on board, WCAU added.
{{#rendered}} {{/rendered}}All of the passengers were expected to survive. The crash unfolded around 4:40 p.m. on southbound Coastal Highway, state police said.
Police closed parts of Coastal Highway for hours as they investigated.
A man who answered the phone at Jolly Trolley told WCAU the company had no comment.
