People complained about suspected serial killer years ago

People complained to South Carolina's licensing agency about Todd Kohlhepp's threats, grim statements and obscene Facebook posts years before authorities found a woman chained on his property and charged him in seven killings, redacted documents show.
The documents provided Friday to The Associated Press show an unidentified person wrote in 2009 "something MUST be done to stop this crazy man before something dreadful happens." The complaint said Kohlhepp identified himself on Facebook as a real estate agent while posting about sex, revenge and guns.
Another 2009 complaint said Kohlhepp threatened to destroy someone.
{{#rendered}} {{/rendered}}The licensing agency said in a statement those complaints weren't investigated because no alleged violations of real estate law were made. A third complaint in 2014 was investigated and dismissed.
