Ohio woman, 2 school-age sons dead from apparent gunshot wounds in likely murder-suicide
{{#rendered}} {{/rendered}}Police say an Ohio woman and her two sons have died from apparent gunshot wounds in what police suspect is a murder-suicide.
Springfield Police Chief Stephen Moody says the preliminary investigation indicates the woman shot her sons and took her own life. He says the woman, 32-year-old Rachel Johnson, and her 7-year-old son, Daylan, were found dead at their home. Her 10-year-old son, Ayden Johnson, died at a hospital.
Moody says the children's father, 39-year-old Arthur Johnson, called police after finding the mother and children when he went to pick up his sons for school.
