August 19: A memorial candle sits Wednesday morning outside the Buena Park, Calif., apartment complex where the body of a model missing from Los Angeles, Jasmine Fiore, 28, was placed in a dumpster. Buena Park police say they want to speak with 32-year-old Ryan Alexander Jenkins about the strangulation death of Fiore.
