Mom of slain California 8-year-old says she doesn't fault mom of teen boy accused in killing
{{#rendered}} {{/rendered}}The mother of a slain 8-year-old California girl says she doesn't fault the mom of the 15-year-old neighbor boy accused of the killing.
The San Francisco Chronicle (http://bit.ly/1MHcPs2 ) reported Monday that Laura Jordan says she hugged Reggie Factor at a makeshift memorial for Madyson Middleton, the daughter of Jordan.
Factor's son, Adrian Jerry Gonzalez, is accused of kidnapping, raping and killing Madyson inside his family's apartment at a housing complex in Santa Cruz where both families live.
{{#rendered}} {{/rendered}}Jordan says both mothers lost children that day and she doesn't blame Factor for what happened.
Gonzalez, who is being prosecuted as an adult, has not entered a plea. His next hearing is set for Sept. 21.
