The attorney for the family of a man killed by police in New Jersey says a prosecutor's news release on a grand jury's decision not to indict two officers is troubling and omits details from the record.
Conrad Benedetto represents relatives of 36-year-old Jerame (JEH'-raym) Reid, who was fatally shot during a traffic stop in December 2014.
The lawyer said Friday that the family was saddened by a Cumberland County grand jury's decision not to indict the two Bridgeton Police Department officers.

Benedetto says the Cumberland County prosecutor's news release omitted the officers' statements and autopsy results.
He says the prosecutor also failed to say the officers had a record of using force.
First assistant prosecutor Harold Shapiro declined to comment.
