Hypothermia suspected in death of man whose naked body was found on Minnesota golf course
{{#rendered}} {{/rendered}}Authorities believe exposure to the chilly weather killed a man whose naked body was found on a golf course near his home in northwestern Minnesota.
Polk County authorities were called to the Sandhill River Golf Course in Fertile about 4:10 p.m. Monday and found the body of 35-year-old Andrew Springer.
The sheriff's office says preliminary autopsy results show no signs of foul play and that Spring apparently died of hypothermia.
{{#rendered}} {{/rendered}}Deputy Sheriff Brian Lundeen tells the Star Tribune (http://strib.mn/1NBaKLj ) Springer recently moved to Fertile, about 30 miles southeast of Crookston, from Washington state and lived less than two blocks from the course.
