Gunman on UCONN campus kills self
{{#rendered}} {{/rendered}}State police say the gunman spotted at the University of Connecticut's Avery Point Campus killed himself early Tuesday morning who had spent hours talking to police on a cell phone, The Norwich Bulletin reported.
The gunman was seen on the campus Monday evening and the campus was evacuated. A UConn spokeswoman says a despondent man threatened to harm himself and had crawled beneath a dock.
It's not known if the man has any connection to the university.
