A Miami Heat dancer has a well-trained dolphin to thank for saving her iPhone from a watery grave.

Teressa Cee was on location in the Bahamas for a photoshoot when she asked a friend to hold her phone while she tried to balance on a floating platform. Cee stayed afloat but her companion wasn’t so lucky with her phone.

“We were filming on this floating platform in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean,” Cee wrote on Facebook. “So, against a my better judgment I asked someone to hold my phone for me and he accidentally dropped my phone into water and it sank to the bottom.”

Luckily for the dancer, Cacique—a well-trained dolphin owned by the Underwater Explorer’s Society of Grand Bahama Island– saw the phone drop to the bottom of the lagoon and swam down to retrieve it.

In the video, Cacique is seen grabbing the phone in his beak and brings it back to one of the men on the boat.

“Oh my god that’s amazing! That’s so cute!” the dancer squeals in excitement as the dolphin swims up the surface with her wet iPhone. “It’s never gonna work again but thanks!”

Cee shared the video with her many Instagram and Facebook followers and the video has since been viewed over 2 million times.

Moral of the story, don’t go swimming without dolphins.
