SEAN HANNITY, HOST: And welcome back to "Hannity." So Donald Trump at this very moment -- he's still speaking at a raucous rally in New Mexico. Let's listen back, and then we'll have highlights coming up.

DONALD TRUMP, R-PRESUMPTIVE PRESIDENTIAL NOMINEE: Sorry, we're going to keep winning! We are going to make America great again! I love you, New Mexico! I love you! I love you!

(CHEERS AND APPLAUSE)

HANNITY: All right, joining us now with reaction, the co-host of "The Five" Kimberly Guilfoyle, Fox News legal analyst Peter Johnson, Jr., and founder and president of High Noon Strategies, Lisa Boothe.

All right, Kimberly, let me start with you tonight. What's so -- he's on fire tonight! He's going after everybody. He's laying out his agenda. I think his line about Pocahontas -- I'm going to play a montage in a minute -- Elizabeth Warren. He's taking on all comers. We took on the issue of vets and Hillary sending, you know, staged protesters to Trump tower.  Everything boomerangs, it seems, back in his favor.

KIMBERLY GUILFOYLE, "THE FIVE" CO-HOST: Oh, yes. I mean, he just -- he's basically with this batting 1,000 tonight. He was on, full-on cleanup. So but that's good. Look at the amount of enthusiasm he's able to generate, the energy, the momentum.

He was up there speaking extemporaneously, and really, I mean, nobody does it better than he does. I mean, name another political candidate that's come forward with that level of zeal and enthusiasm and being able to generate energy in a crowd like that. I mean, it's pretty impressive.

And then on the other hand, you have Hillary Clinton, who's ducking the FOX News debate in California. I mean, there's really no comparison.

HANNITY: Yes, I think well said. Peter Johnson, Jr., you know, look at what he's doing. He sort of vacillates in between entertainment, then some serious, substantive policy issues. You know, he talks about Pocahontas, Elizabeth Warren. He took on Ed Rendell, talking about his comments about ugly women as a Hillary surrogate. And if he said it, he'd get the electric chair.

He talked about the youngest protester he'd ever seen, looks like the kid is in diapers. And then goes into trade. Then he talks about Carrier.  Then he talks about ISIS. Then he talks about America can't be the world's policeman. Then he talks about energy independence and all of the issues that have become the hallmark of his campaign.

It seems like he's got his pitch-perfect ability to entertain, inform and also rally people.

PETER JOHNSON, JR., FOX LEGAL ANALYST: Yes. And it's even more than that.  I've known Donald Trump since 1982, but not since the last 23 minutes did I really understand what he's doing.

He's having a conversation with the American people, with that audience in Albuquerque. He says to them, Yes, I'm brash, I'm arrogant, I'm an intruder, I'm a poker, I'm a prodder. But I'm America's poker, prodder, intruder, disturber. I want to stand up for you because you're sick and tired of being lied to. You're sick and tired of this government not telling you the truth and treating you like a rube. That is his strength.  That is his strength!

(CROSSTALK)

JOHNSON: ... for a lot of people in that audience.

HANNITY: Yes. And you know, Peter, he's also connecting with people.

JOHNSON: Big-time.

HANNITY: He's saying Carrier's going to build a plant in Mexico and wants to bring their air conditioners back and sell them without any consequences, putting all these Americans out of work.

Let's got to some of -- some of the highlights of this speech that was going on before we actually came on the air and give people a little bit more of a flavor what went on tonight.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

TRUMP: The safest place to be any time in our country is at a Trump rally.  It's loved. Believe me.

(CHEERS AND APPLAUSE)

TRUMP: Is it fun to be at a Trump rally? Is this the greatest?

(CHEERS AND APPLAUSE)

TRUMP: All right, get them out. Get them out. Come on. Go home to mommy. USA! USA! USA! USA!

AUDIENCE: USA! USA! USA! USA!

TRUMP: We're going to do things like we've never done in this country.  And our theme is, Make America great again.

No matter where we go, we have crowds like this, so when I say, Make America great again, number one, it's going to be America first from now on, folks. It's America first.

(CHEERS AND APPLAUSE)

TRUMP: We're going to start with trade. Our trade deals are so pathetic, they're so bad, they were negotiated by incompetent people. We are going to turn that around. We are going to make great, great trade deals.

Hillary Clinton will be so bad for our economy, so bad for jobs. She's going to be so bad for the 2nd Amendment. We are going to save our 2nd Amendment! She wants to abolish your 2nd Amendment, believe me.

By the way, the NRA -- did you see last week, they endorsed Donald Trump.

(CHEERS AND APPLAUSE)

TRUMP: And they said, What could he do where you voted against him? And she looked at them with her 10 friends behind her, all women, by the way.  I don't know. I keep hearing about this woman thing. I think I'm doing really well with women, but what do I know?

This woman said, There's not a thing that he can do where I'd vote against him. Not as severe (ph), but that's what she said, and I'll take it, OK?

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HANNITY: And he talked about Pocahontas, Lisa Boothe, Elizabeth Warren, which everybody is in on in terms of the joke. And that's one of the things that seems to be working. At different times, he'll say, All right, I guess I can't say it, the media will give me the death penalty. But then, for example, he'll do something substantive.

Like tonight, Hillary Clinton we know staged veterans' protests at Trump Tower, and just like The New York Times hit piece about women, he was able to boomerang it around, and it became a Clinton issue. Now the protesters becomes a Clinton issue. He raised money for the vets. She didn't.

It seems to be one of the most effective political techniques that I have seen in recent memory, at least in the years I've been following politics.

LISA BOOTHE, HIGH NOON STRATEGIES: Well, Sean, he's absolutely a strong counterpuncher. We continue to see this. We saw this at Republican primary, as well, when he knocked out, you know, candidate after candidate and is now the presumptive nominee.

But I think the most important thing that he said tonight was when he was talking about jobs and the economy because that is an issue that transcends political ideology. It's an issue that is top of mind of every demographic. So I think that is how he breaks through with women voters.  That is how he breaks through with Hispanic voters.

We heard him tonight in New Mexico, which is a state that has such a large share of Hispanic voters -- even if you look at the GOP, 25 percent of the Republican voters in New Mexico are Hispanic, and so that's a huge portion.

He's talking about how manufacturing jobs have dropped. I think he said a decline of 40 percent. So he's talking about jobs. He's talking about the economy. And that's an issue that's going to resonate with so many Americans.

HANNITY: Yes, Lisa, well said. And remember, Hillary has a bigger problem with men than he does with women. And certainly, I think part of his strategy -- he's driving up her negatives, and the polls now show that.

Guys, I wish we had more time. We took a lot of Trump's speech. Thank you all for being with us. Peter, K.G., and Lisa. Now, don't forget you can catch K.G. and the rest of the co-hosts of "The Five." They're on live tonight, don't miss it, at midnight Eastern time.

And coming up, Donald Trump took shots at Hillary Clinton. We're going to play you those highlights.

That and more as "Hannity" continues on this Washington primary night.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

DONALD TRUMP, R-PRESUMPTIVE PRESIDENTIAL NOMINEE: I don't know about them, but a lot of the Bernie Sanders people have said they're voting for Trump because what they're doing to Bernie Sanders, you know the system is totally rigged. What they're doing to -- you know, every night he wins, he wins, he wins, he wins, then they sit around the table, those people, the world's most dishonest people. Hillary Clinton will be so bad for our economy, so bad for jobs. She's going to be so bad for the Second Amendment. We are going to save our Second Amendment. She wants to abolish your Second Amendment, believe me. She wants to take your guns away.

I don't know for a fact that Hillary's going to be allowed to run. She's got a thing called an FBI investigation. I don't know that she's going to be able to run.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HANNITY: All right, that was Donald Trump earlier going after the DNC and Hillary Clinton earlier tonight in a rally in New Mexico. Joining us now with reaction, we have the author of "Unlikable, The Problem with Hillary Clinton," Ed Klein, former White House press secretary Ari Fleischer, and conservative columnist A.J. Delgado.

Look at what's happened today. You have Bernie Sanders saying the convention is going it be a mess, Guccifer may testify against her. On top of that you have this guy Bryan Pagliano that we're all watching, what is he going to say. He built the e-mail server. We know that they're talking now about dumping Wasserman Schultz and Bernie is contesting Kentucky.  This is a mess. Who would have thought this when Donald Trump went up against 16 other people?

ED KLEIN, "UNLIKABLE" AUTHOR: And we have the director of the FBI, James Comey, who is, in my view, an absolutely straight-arrow guy. He's the Eliot Ness of his time. And he is not going to rest until he's got this thing right. So I think Hillary is in much bigger trouble than most people think.

HANNITY: Yes. Add to that, Ari Fleischer, you know, he keeps saying "crooked Hillary," "crooked Hillary." Look at Terry McAuliffe, governor of the commonwealth of Virginia. Again, everybody around the Clintons, it's always corrupt, there's always a scandal. There's always an excuse.  There's always a cover-up. I don't see how she survives all of these things.

AIR FLEISCHER, FORMER WHITE HOUSE PRESS SECRETARY: Well, I won't go that far because we have a really close election, but I've been around long enough --

HANNITY: Agreed.

FLEISCHER: -- to know these things come, these things go, and they turn.  Donald Trump is very fortunate with his high unfavorables that he is running against somebody who has virtually the same high unfavorables.  It's kind of amazing America's both parties have nominated two people that much of the country finds very unfavorable. Trump does have the good fortune he's going to run against Hillary, and that is why he's doing so well. She is so dishonest, she is so unprincipled and she's been so reckless, that gives Donald Trump a real chance to win the White House.

HANNITY: You know, it's very interesting, here you have, A.J., a blue collar billionaire, as his son Donald Jr. calls him. The guy has a lot of money. But it's the Clintons and their money that has come under more scrutiny. In a two-year period of time from April of 2013 to March of 2015, Hillary Clinton got $21 million for speeches. Bill Clinton got $27 million. She got a $5 million or plus advance for a book that bombed. And what's fascinating about it, what most people don't know is you give a speech, maybe you do a grip and greet, maybe you do 150 clicks, meaning photos, then you give a one-hour speech. She's speaking to Wall Street firms and bankers and special interests and oil groups and industry. And that case against her making money from the very people she's now criticizing, not releasing speeches, isn't that going to be a very important issue come November?

A.J. DELGADO: Absolutely. I think it's the most important. I mean, let's be honest, Sean, nobody pays $225,000 to hear somebody speak for an hour.  I don't care who it is. People pay that amount for a favor.

HANNITY: Ari Fleischer gets that amount. Ari gets that.

(LAUGHTER)

DELGADO: Sorry, Ari. Good for you.

FLEISCHER: I speak for an hour and a half.

(LAUGHTER)

KLEIN: You know, Sean --

DELGADO: That's really all it is --

(LAUGHTER)

KLEIN: Sean, in my book "Unlikable" I have three eyewitness accounts of Hillary Clinton at the -- I'm sorry, at the State Department -- dealing with Clinton Foundation business. And in my new book that I'm working on now, "Guilty as Sin," which you can get, by the way, preorder on amazon, I've got more people who were there and watched her deal, literally raising money for the Clinton Foundation while she was secretary of state.

HANNITY: You know, and Ari and A.J., A.J., think about women's, you know, she's a women's champion, taking money from Saudi Arabia, all these countries that practice Sharia. She's never criticized these countries, and she got millions from them. I think money is a much bigger issue, negative to Hillary in this campaign. And, by the way, you deserve $225,000 or $250,000 a speech, A.J.

DELGADO: I mean, it's not only the corruption angle in terms of the countries she's taken money from. When you bring up the fact she's now trying to become this champion of women. What has she done even as a senator? Can anyone, can any of her supporters name one thing she's done for women's rights or women's issues her entire time in office or that her husband, Bill, did? You can't. This is just her jumping on that bandwagon, same as she's done with immigration when she used to be against illegal immigration, into what's trendy and what focus groups are telling her she should promote in her campaign. It's your typical Clinton corruption.

HANNITY: All right, Ari, you're voting for -- do you think a lot of these people that are never Trump will come around?

FLEISCHER: I think a lot already have. But I think there will be many who don't. I think there's a lot of suburban northeast women who aren't going to, and that's going to be problematic for Trump.

HANNITY: I'm talking about Republicans. Republican, after they see -- yes.

FLEISCHER: I think a lot of Republican leaders have already come around.  I think there will be some who won't. And I regret that. I've been very vociferous about it. As much as there are things about him I don't like, I'll vote for him over Hillary any day.

But Sean, one of the things Donald Trump has still got to do with all Hillary's problems, Trump has to be smarter what about fights he picks. He should not get into the Vince Foster issue as he did earlier today. When he talked in his speech in Albuquerque and bragged he had more than Mitt Romney, one percentage point more of the Hispanic vote. If he ends up with 27 percent of the Hispanic vote, he's a dead duck. George Bush got 44 percent of the Hispanic vote and that's one of the reasons he won. So, yes, Hillary's got vulnerabilities. Trump still needs to improve his game.

HANNITY: Listen, listen, I've always said the electoral map is so much harder for a Republican. There's no doubt about it, you can't take anything for granted. Good point. Guys, thank you.

Coming up, more reaction to Donald Trump's rally in New Mexico. Former 2016 presidential candidate Dr. Ben Carson is here, and former Obama adviser, yes, liberal, Austan Goolsbee will weigh in, and much more tonight on "Hannity."

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

HANNITY: Welcome back to "Hannity." So Donald Trump held nothing back during his rally in New Mexico tonight. Joining us now with reaction, former 2016 GOP presidential candidate, Dr. Benjamin Carson. Dr. Carson, he seems, you know -- there's this moment he takes on Elizabeth Warren, he just calls her Pocahontas. And you know what, it's effective because she's been attacking him on social media. And the reality is she made this claim when she was a Harvard professor that was false, it was a lie. Is this the type of thing the Republican Party has been missing?

DR. BEN CARSON, FORMER PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATE: They have been missing it. When we look at the last two election cycles, the people that we have put up simply have not had the fight in them Donald Trump has. And you have to recognize Hillary's going to come with all the dirt that's possible in the political arena, and you need somebody who's going to fight fire with fire.  So I think it's the right time. It's the right time for a Donald Trump right now.

HANNITY: Is it also the right message? You talked about the phony economic numbers. We've got one in five American family, one in five, they don't have a single member of their family in the workforce. One in six kids, young men 18 to 34, either in job or in prison. So I don't care what these phony unemployment numbers say. People are suffering and suffering badly.

CARSON: Well, all you have to do is open your eyes. Now, obviously they like to brag about the fact that unemployment has come down from 10 percent to five percent but if you open your eye, you see that's not happening.  It's the labor force participation rate which is the worst it's been ever.  Those are the kinds of things that people are saying. They were saying Donald Trump would be slaughtered by Hillary Clinton. But if you open these eyes, you look at these rallies, you look at the long lines of people, you know it's not true. It's all the manipulation that's going on.  People are getting tired of it. He's speaking to that. He's not being politically correct. These are all the things we're looking for. And I think it's more than to just get elected. I believe he truly wants to fix this country.

HANNITY: OK, Dr. Carson. Thank you. I have a sneaking suspicion you're going to be part of that effort to fix things, maybe Health and Human Services secretary? It's just a guess, but thank you.

Here now with reaction, former Obama economic adviser, Austan Goolsbee.  Here's a good question for you because we watched -- by the way, I set you up so bad on my radio show, I absolutely --

AUSTAN GOOLSBEE, FORMER OBAMA ECONOMY ADVISER: What do you mean? You owe me $1,000.

HANNITY: All right, forget that. I set you up so bad and you fell hook, line and sinker.

GOOLSBEE: I did. I trusted you. I trusted you. We'll do that another day.

(LAUGHTER)

HANNITY: That's the biggest mistake you ever made. Here's my question, though. You were supporting Obama in 07.

GOOLSBEE: Indeed.

HANNITY: You saw these record crowds. You saw the enthusiasm. He read a good speech. Hillary Clinton doesn't read a good speech. Bill Clinton was warm. She's not warm. You see, honestly, here, don't you see kind of a similar phenomenon developing against Hillary here?

GOOLSBEE: Well, you mean with Trump or with Sanders?

HANNITY: With Trump. Actually both. Nobody wants to see her.

GOOLSBEE: I think it's quite different -- I think it's quite different --

HANNITY: You're hoping it's quite different.

GOOLSBEE: Look, I am hoping it's different, but I think it is different because Trump has this feature where he -- he indiscriminately lights everything on fire. I mean, more power to Dr. Carson. Let's recall, he literally compared Dr. Carson to a child molester and said he was pathological.

HANNITY: That's not what he said. You know what, that's unfair.

GOOLSBEE: Yes, he did.

HANNITY: He talked about what he said in his own book -- it was taken out of context. It doesn't matter. He's best friends with him now.

GOOLSBEE: More power to Dr. Carson.

HANNITY: Listen, I said, I made you look silly on radio and you still like me.

GOOLSBEE: I don't know how we get along, but we do.

But look, I think this was a week in which Donald Trump basically got to hold the microphone and because Hillary Clinton is still in this primary contest with Bernie Sanders, you're not really getting --

HANNITY: A 74-year-old curmudgeon socialist from Vermont.

GOOLSBEE: You know I'm right.

HANNITY: Who would have thunk it?

GOOLSBEE: You know I'm right, Sean. You know I'm right.

HANNITY: A 74-year-old curmudgeon, she can't beat him. He keeps winning.

GOOLSBEE: She's spending her time fighting in this primary.

HANNITY: I have to go.

GOOLSBEE: But once she's done, she's coming back after Trump.

HANNITY: Thank you, sir.

Coming up, Donald Trump's massive rally earlier tonight in New Mexico. We have reaction, Sheriff David Clarke, Larry Elder, and we're going to play the Elizabeth Warren cut next straight ahead.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

TRUMP: Did you ever hear Pocahontas? It's Pocahontas Elizabeth Warren, she was going out, she is probably the senator that's doing just about the least in the United States Senate. She's a total failure. She said she was an Indian. She said because her cheek bones were high she was an Indian.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HANNITY: That was Donald Trump going after Elizabeth Warren earlier tonight, calling her Pocahontas. Joining us now, Sheriff David Clarke and radio talk show host Larry Elder. Sheriff, you said that the black community has been decimated by Obama's policies. Donald Trump came in tonight and said Hillary is bad for black Americans. The numbers do speak for themselves but nobody seems to talk about it. Why?

SHERIFF DAVID CLARKE, MILWAUKEE COUNTY: Black people have been separated from their history as it relates to the Republican Party. Lincoln freed the slaves. It was a Republican, Sean, as you know that led the charge in the Civil Rights Act of 1964 in opposition, and it was the Democrats that stood in opposition. There is no way on God's given earth that she's going to have the turn out Obama had. He had record black votes in 2007, 2008.  And he even increased that in 2012. She's not going to get anywhere near that. She's got a black vote deficiency dilemma here.

HANNITY: Larry Elder, I apologize to both of you, too because we don't have a lot of time tonight because we took Trump's speech. Larry, what's your reaction?

LARRY ELDER, RADIO TALK SHOW HOST: I'll speak fast. I think Hillary is in trouble with the black vote just as the sheriff said. She's going to have to start criticizing Obama if she wants to win. A lot of black people will perceive that as being disloyal. Immigration is a real issue for inner city workers. They find their jobs threatened and their wages depressed.  The fact that Donald Trump is rich is appealing to a lot of young people.  They want to be rich, too.

And finally the economy, the wealth gap between blacks and whites, 25 year high, Dr. Carson mentioned the labor force participation rate, it's even worse for black America. So for all those reasons Donald Trump is going to be able to exploit that and I think get 20, 25 percent of the black vote, which would be historic.

HANNITY: Again I apologize for giving everybody short shrift tonight. By the way, you always speak quickly, Larry. Good to see you both. Thank you both for being with us.

When we come back we have more "Hannity" right after this quick break straight ahead.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)
