SEAN HANNITY, HOST: tonight, we bring you new and disturbing information about a member of the president's inner circle. He is green jobs "czar" Van Jones. Now the statements that he has made and the alliances he has formed show that he is not fit for office.

Now Mr. Jones signed a letter sent by the infamous 9/11 Truth organization to former New York governor Eliot Spitzer. Now that organization alleges that the U.S. government is responsible for the 9/11 attacks, that it knowingly conspired to murder 3,000 American civilians.

Now the letter which demanded, quote, "real answers" to 9/11 called for a, quote, "immediate inquiry into evidence that suggests high-level government officials may have deliberately allowed the September 11th attacks to occur."

It also raised questions like, quote, "How could Flight 77, which reportedly hit the Pentagon have flown back towards Washington D.C. for 40 minutes without being detected by the FAA's radar or the radar possessed by the U.S. military."

Watch Sean's interview

Now the letter was signed by brilliant minds like a Janeane Garofalo and former Georgia Representative Cynthia McKinney along with Mr. Jones. Now the fact that the president would not only allow but appoint a man who harbors these conspiratorial beliefs to serve the United States should provoke not only concern but outrage among all Americans.

And that just scratches the surface.

Jones has also revealed himself to be a race baiter. Here he is accusing white polluters of targeting minority communities. Take a look at this.

VAN JONES, OBAMA GREEN JOBS "CZAR": The white polluters and the white environmentalists are essentially steering poison into the people of color's communities because they don't have a racial justice frame.

HANNITY: And Jones even disclosed his plan to move the United States away from its capitalist economic system. Unbelievable? Take a look.

JONES: Right now we're saying we want to move from suicidal gray capitalism to some kind of eco-capitalism where, you know, at least we're not — you know fast-tracking the destruction of the whole planet.

Will that be enough? No, it won't be enough. We want to go beyond excess and exploitation and oppression altogether, but that's a process.

HANNITY: So was President Obama aware of Van Jones' views before he appointed him to high office and if not, just how dysfunctional is this vetting process? The only thing that is clear in all of this is that Jones must be fired.

And joining me now to discuss this are conservative columnist S.E. Cupp, FOX News anchor/analyst, Kimberly Guilfoyle.

Guys, thanks for being with us. Appreciate it.

S.E. CUPP, COLUMNIST: Thanks, Sean.

HANNITY: Your initial — I can't believe that this man along with others, and we're going to outline in the course of this program tonight, others, is in this administration. Do you agree with me that he should be fired immediately?

CUPP: Yes, of course. Get the hook out. This is disgraceful. You know I'm sure Van Jones is not unique. I'm sure there are plenty of guys who spent a little time in jail, get out, and have these wacky anti-government, anti- cops, racist, conspiratorial theories, but usually they don't end up with a job in the White House.

Usually we don't give them a prominent place on the stage of American politics. It's shameful.

HANNITY: The day after 9/11, Kimberly, the very next day, that's September 12th, 2001, Jones expressed solidarity with the Arab and Muslims Americans as well as what he called victims of U.S. imperialism.

I don't even — how did this guy ever get past.

GUILFOYLE: Well, that' s a problem. When you say, is there a problem with the vetting process? Clearly he wasn't vetted. All they had to do was go and ask a couple of questions in San Francisco about this individual. You know there's a problem when he's not even wanted in the city of San Francisco where I come from. OK?

HANNITY: That's a good point.

GUILFOYLE: That's a huge red flag right there. What is this man's qualification besides his anti-American theory? He's far left, radical.

HANNITY: No, he's a communist. I mean avowed.

CUPP: Self-avowed. Yes.

GUILFOYLE: Self-avowed communist. Why is he even in the White House? Is that the reward?

CUPP: You know, Kimberly? I disagree. I think he was absolutely vetted. I think he — I think Obama absolutely knew what he was getting in a Van Jones.

HANNITY: But here's.

CUPP: This is a guy who actually thinks the U.S. government committed genocide against the country. I think that Barack Obama knew exactly what he was getting. It's not hidden.

HANNITY: All right. This is back in March of 2008. We examined this. He called on participants to take a pledge of resistance and — "Not in our name will we invade countries, bomb civilians, kill children, letting history take its course over the graves of the nameless."

Now, I mean, we can keep going, look at the comment that he made about white polluters steering poison into black communities.

CUPP: Right.

GUILFOYLE: Well, this is an individual that doesn't have the qualifications to be in the bizarre job that he's in. And it just raises the issue here about these czars gone wild. This is someone who actually just doesn't even like the United States of America, wants to reshape it, remake it into something that we would not even recognize, and what's so wrong with this country that we have an individual like this coming in, meddling in our affairs that has no idea what he is doing, who really is traitorous in his comments against this country.

CUPP: You're right. That's tight.

GUILFOYLE: That's the problem.

HANNITY: He talked about, quote, "eco-apartheid" and how — you know, spreading the wealth, you know, changed the entire economic system in this country which reinforces his views. You know, as I look at this, though, and this 9/11 Truther thing really drives me insane.

CUPP: Disgusting.

HANNITY: Well — and then I think OK, Sean Hannity was criticized, you know, up and down because I focused on the radical associations, Bernardine Dohrn, Bill Ayers, the unrepentant terrorists, Jeremiah Wright. All right. It's not just him. We have a whole list of them.

CUPP: Yes.

GUILFOYLE: Well, because you were the first one to pull back the curtain to say what's going on here?

GUILFOYLE: With the Wizard of Oz and all his little wacky followers.

HANNITY: What does this say?

CUPP: You know, Sean, I don't know if this is in your wheelhouse or not but this to me is like, you know, a cast on the "Real World" or "The Surreal Life."

CUPP: You know? Where they try and find this colorful cast of wacky characters who are going to say explosive, outrageous things and it's going to make for good TV. If that's the case, this is like the worst reality show in history because you and I are all on it, and I'm not having fun.

GUILFOYLE: And especially because we can't vote them off.

CUPP: Exactly.

GUILFOYLE: I mean that's the problem.

CUPP: Get them off the island.

GUILFOYLE: These are individuals that had to be appointed as “czars” because they would never pass an FBI background check.

HANNITY: Great point.

CUPP: Right.

GUILFOYLE: Who would never pass and survive a Senate confirmation hearing.

HANNITY: You see, let me say.

GUILFOYLE: And it's outrageous and insulting for the American people.

HANNITY: I have said many times I think the president is Jeremiah Wright. He did sit in that — the pews for 20 years. I say he is Bill Ayers. Not the terrorist but the radical Bill Ayers.

Here's what else we have, and we're going to get into this in our next segment. We have the science adviser Eric Holdren, you know, talking about compulsory abortion, sterilization. We've got Cass Sunstein wants to ban hunting. We've got this guy at the State Department Harold Koh who says the U.S. should follow Shariya law in certain cases.

CUPP: Yes.

HANNITY: You know? It's not just one bad appointment. It's not one bad instance of vetting.

CUPP: That's why it seems so obvious that I think President Obama knew what he was doing, because it's not just one guy that slipped through the cracks.

GUILFOYLE: But I think it's so outrageous and obviously he wants to be a one term — I mean he literally wants it.

CUPP: Yes.

GUILFOYLE: How far can I dump my —

CUPP: Suicide.

GUILFOYLE: Yes. Kamikaze.

CUPP: Yes.

HANNITY: But there's another problem here. And that is, we are so focused on, you know, reckless spending, record deficit, record debts.

CUPP: Right.

HANNITY: The takeover of health care, the weakening of our national defenses. You know America has not paid as much attention. Now we've been following this from the beginning. But now it's at critical mass in light of the recent statements that we now have discovered.

So the question is, will the country rally and demand that these guys be fired?

GUILFOYLE: I think they will. I think they should. And if you follow the poll numbers, just what you had on last night, even with Karl Rove, I think there's really a reckoning that's coming about in this country where people are not going to tolerate this.

They're not going to be passive. They're going to be active participants in their democracy and demand answers which this administration is very think on. And enough is enough.

HANNITY: What do you think?

CUPP: Yes, I mean, you know, the polls are showing — there was a new Gallup poll went out recently that fewer and fewer people are self-identifying as Democrats.

CUPP: This is the reason why. No one wants to associate with this even when you're a Democrat.

HANNITY: Last quick question. So Obama really got away with packaging himself as a moderate when in reality he is the radical. And.

GUILFOYLE: It's a bait and switch. This is not what he said to the American people when he asked them, implored them to be for change and to vote for him.

HANNITY: So when.

GUILFOYLE: These aren't the people that he said that he admired, would model himself after. That's the problem.

HANNITY: That's a good point.

GUILFOYLE: I don't want this.

CUPP: Voters have been hoodwinked.

GUILFOYLE: That's right.

HANNITY: All right, guys, thanks for being with us. Appreciate it.
