GRETA VAN SUSTEREN, HOST: Tonight: You won't believe this, brand-new video of a vicious teen girl fight. Who could forget the original tape, six teen girls beating a 16-year-old girl? Now, they videotaped the attack allegedly to post it on line. The attackers and two male accomplices arrested and charged with kidnapping and battery. And tonight, there is more. Yes, more video. A new video has been released, a video that shows what happened right before the brutal assault. We warn you, this is gruesome.

VAN SUSTEREN: Joining us live from Los Angeles is Gloria Allred, lawyer for the victim of the beating. Good evening, Gloria.
GLORIA ALLRED, ATTORNEY FOR VICTIM: Good evening, Greta.
VAN SUSTEREN: And how's your client doing? How's your client?
ALLRED: Well, you know, she's coping the best she can under circumstances. She's still doing her home schooling, trying to finish so that she can be graduated very soon, this month. And you know, we're hoping that all will be well with her. But of course, she's still coping with the physical aftermath, the emotional injuries, and you know -- and now, of course, seeing this tonight is very disturbing to her family. You know, her father is concerned. Here's a minor, clearly a victim of a crime, an innocent victim, and now this is being broadcast all over television, on the Internet, everywhere, and it's very disturbing. I know...
VAN SUSTEREN: Well, wait...
(CROSSTALK)
VAN SUSTEREN: Hold on for a second.
ALLRED: ... And it's upsetting.
VAN SUSTEREN: Hold off one second, Gloria. I mean, look, you know, I'm very sympathetic to that argument ordinarily, but your client gave an interview to "People" magazine, and I assume that her father was part of that, or at least in some way endorsed it or something. So it's not...
ALLRED: No, he did not.
VAN SUSTEREN: All right, well, let me read...
ALLRED: She did not give an interview to "People" magazine.
VAN SUSTEREN: Do you want me to read this? Do you want me to read this to you? I mean, Gloria, I'll tell you...
ALLRED: I've seen it. I've seen it. She did not give an interview to "People" magazine.
VAN SUSTEREN: So when it says, "But in an exclusive interview with `People,' Torie talked about life after the beating," that "People" magazine is just plain lying. Is that what you're saying? I got a copy of "People" magazine.
ALLRED: No. No, I'm not -- I'm not saying that "People" magazine is lying. I'm just saying...
VAN SUSTEREN: Well, you're saying I can't read, then.
ALLRED: No, I'm not saying you can't read. I'm saying, to the best of my knowledge, she did not give an interview. But let me just tell you this...
(CROSSTALK)
ALLRED: Whatever -- whatever she has said or not said to the press, I think does not justify the beating.
VAN SUSTEREN: Agreed.
ALLRED: She's clearly a victim.
VAN SUSTEREN: Agreed.
ALLRED: She did not fight. And here she is, the victim of the crime, and you know, the victimization is being broadcast all over the world. But most importantly, this is somebody -- would anyone want this to happen to her daughter? I don't think so. I wouldn't. And then, you know, the reports were that whoever is responsible might have wanted to videotape this or get it on their cell phone and then have it broadcast on the Internet, and now this has come true. It is on the Internet...
VAN SUSTEREN: All right, let me just...
ALLRED: ... and no fault of this victim.
VAN SUSTEREN: All right. Let me just -- just so that you and I are straight. I agree. She shouldn't have been beaten. You and I agree on that. I mean, there's no dispute on that. But to -- but -- and I don't mean to (INAUDIBLE) back on this, but "People" magazine says that she gave an interview, an exclusive interview to them. So it's not as though she's totally shying away from it. But I don't think that's particularly irrelevant to the issue of whether she's -- she's been beaten or not because I agree with you on that.
Now, what's the story with her family? Her mother is in prison for stabbing someone, doing 10 years, and she lives with her -- now lives with her father or her stepmother?
ALLRED: You know, I'm not going to invade the privacy of this family to talk about whatever issues have been in this family, but I can tell you that...
VAN SUSTEREN: I got that out of "People" magazine.
ALLRED: ... she has been with her father. She has been with, you know, her mom, the person who is her mom, who has raised her, that is, her stepmom, since she was very, very little. And you know, they've done the very best that they can. They love her. They support her. They have been...
VAN SUSTEREN: All right, well...
ALLRED: ... There for her in this crisis.
VAN SUSTEREN: ... There's another little problem there. There's another problem there, though, Gloria, because the reason she was staying at this house is because she wasn't getting along with her father and her stepmother. Now, I don't know if that's their fault, her fault or a combination of it, but it's not quite exactly as you're painting it.
ALLRED: I don't think it's anybody's fault. I mean, who has -- I raised a teenager. Millions of people have raised teenagers. As parents - - you know, teenagers have issues with parents, parents have issues with teenagers. Whenever those issues are does not justify what happened to this victim and the victimization and the beating and the bruises and the bleeding...
VAN SUSTEREN: I agree.
ALLRED: ... And the injuries...
VAN SUSTEREN: I agree.
ALLRED: ... And the concussion!
VAN SUSTEREN: I don't think anyone's saying it's OK to beat this child. I haven't heard anyone say that yet. No one has said that.
ALLRED: Well, you know, the price that has to be paid by a victim who is a minor, for having been the victim of a crime or crimes, to be -- that suddenly, everyone has to discuss whatever family issues exist? I think that this family...
VAN SUSTEREN: She gave -- wait...
ALLRED: ... Has been very courageous...
VAN SUSTEREN: Stop, Gloria!
ALLRED: ... Throughout all this.
VAN SUSTEREN: Stop, Gloria! We don't just make this stuff up. She gave an interview. You say it didn't occur. I read it from the magazine, and it says "exclusive to `People." I don't know. But it's not -- I mean, I'm not making this stuff up~! I don't come up with these facts myself. I got them someplace.
ALLRED: And I'm not -- and I'm not making up that it is totally irrelevant whether she ever spoke to the press, did not speak to the press. I can tell you she has not spoken to the press since I've been representing her and the family. And it's totally irrelevant to whether she's been a victim of a crime and whether this should be broadcast all over the world as she is being victimized, re-victimized. And I think it's very traumatic and unfair. She's a minor.
VAN SUSTEREN: All right, well, let's agree that, number one, she shouldn't be beaten, that number two, I gave you the last word, and number three, it's always nice to see you, Gloria, and we don't always agree, but always nice to see you.
