CHINESE COMPANY OVERTAKES EXXON IN OIL PRODUCTION
CHARLES PAYNE: It's not new this week, but I think this is really over the top. The difference between deduction and subsidy, tossing in the idea that kids are being held hostage in the same speech from the rose garden. Suggesting that somehow Exxon mobile is not part of America. When he said you can't stand with these people behind me, America... or with the oil companies I saw what the... oil companies are part of America they are part of this country too. They hire millions of people. This is how you got to the event in the first place. I don't get it.
CHARLIE GASPARINO: This I couldn't believe. If you produce more oil here, it has no impact on the price because it's a world wide market and we just don't keep all the oil for ourselves. The president of the United States actually said that. It has no impact on price.
AMILYA ANTONETTI: The huge issue here is leverage. They are losing leverage by the day with this administration. How much more are we going to give to China how much more are we going to be able to destroy the businesses that we built this country on? By now we are slipping to number 2. Who wants to be number 2? Not me.
ADAM LASHINSKY: A lot of people in this debate are either for globalization or not for globalization. I am for globalization and so you know Charles made to me a funny comment earlier that the president was confusing issues. Were confusing issues here too. I mean Petro China being the largest producer has everything to do with the growth of China over the last 13 years and nothing what so ever. I assume that what the president was saying was that increasing production domestically will not have any short term impact on the price of gas as you know which is right because it's a world-wide market.
6 BUDGET PLANS STALL IN CONGRESS AS DEBT HITS $15.6 TRILLION
AMILYA ANTONETTI: Well the reality is, you can't get where you plan to go. This is getting ludicrous at this point that they can't put together some a semblance of a plan because what they don't understand is everybody else is waiting for the plan, so that we can plan. How am I going to put together what I need to be doing for next quarter and for next year if they can't decide what they are going to do? Am I yes I have to do ObamaCare or no I don't have to do ObamaCare ? I am in compliance, I'm not in compliance. What are they doing? We are in quicksand right now.
CHARLIE GASPARINO: We do have an election; we are going to be fighting this out in the election. I don't put any credence in these budget proposals now we are going to have an election about the budget and then we are going to decide.
CHARLES PAYNE: It gets back to the Ronald Reagan. A certain type of leadership is really needed. There is no political will there is no political leadership out there and to be honest quite frankly all of these politicians are afraid of the American public. Now I thought the America public gave them a wink and a nod we are willing to do things you don't think we are willing to do the way they voted for their tea party. Still both sides seem to be so afraid and so intimidated by this that nothing gets done.
ADAM LASHINSKY: Well, I agree with everything you said Neil and everything that Charles said. Here is a perfect example why... the president was elected with a major plank of his campaign that he was going to do a healthcare law. He did a healthcare law and look at what happened since. The people who didn't like it have taken it all the way to the Supreme Court for some perfectly legitimate reasons. It is difficult to lead in this country; the public is not in favor of the measure it would take to take the Thelma and Louise plunge either even though we all agree it's necessary.
NEW PLAN TO FINE FLIERS WHO REFUSE TO TURN OFF ELECTRONICS
CHARLES PAYNE: It starts before you get to the airplane. As soon as you get out of the cab, the shake down begins. They shake you down with your luggage and again with your ticket. I do remember one thing though; when I was a kid it was amazing. I remember you would get the wings the playing cards, the post cards, cologne, it was fantastic! Now you get the lunatic running out of the cockpit.
ADAM LASHINSKY: It's weird, it's unpleasant and it is airline deregulation which by the way, I approve of. Charles, when we were kids it was on the cusp of the end of deregulation. Those glory days? That was the regulated airline industry. They are trying really hard to make a buck and I don't begrudge them.
AMILYA ANTONETTI: Remember, when we take a look at the airlines, they have to take a look at their core audience. Over 60 percent of fliers are business travelers. That is their bread and butter and that's exactly who they are ticking off to Charles' point. $25 dollars for bag, $9 for a little thing of potato chips now fines for cell phones. We've already down sized as business owners. We need to be on our cell phones and laptops to that last minute, give us a break we are your audience.
CHARLIE GASPARINO: Obviously, I don't want to be on the plane with that dude. You know he is obviously mentally ill. Right? He had a nervous breakdown. Does the guy go to jail for that? No. I mean he needs help.

CHARLES PAYNE: The first one is titan machinery. (TITN) They are 94 districts in the mid-west. I think the stock is going to do extraordinarily well in the next year.
