SEAN HANNITY, HOST: For weeks we've been saying the White House has been lying to you, the American people, about what information that they had about the attack in Benghazi that killed four Americans. Tonight, there is more proof that this was all part of an elaborate cover-up by the administration.

Now according to the Daily Beast, who reportedly spoke with three intelligence officials -- American intelligence agencies -- they knew within 24 hours that Al Qaeda affiliates were in fact involved in this attack. And finally, Hillary Clinton admits Al Qaeda was involved in the attack that killed four Americans. Now, that is what she said earlier today at a U.N. meeting.

SECRETARY OF STATE HILLARY CLINTON: For some time, Al Qaeda and the Islamic Maghreb and other groups have launched attacks and kidnappings from Northern Mali into neighboring countries. Now, with a larger safe haven and increased freedom to maneuver, terrorists are seeking to extend their reach and networks in multiple directions. And they are working with other violent extremists to undermine the Democratic transitions underway in North Africa as we tragically saw in Benghazi.

HANNITY: All right. Joining me now with reaction former presidential candidate, co-founder of jobcreationssolutions.com, Herman Cain is back with us.

She was saying, Susan Rice was saying, Jay Carney was saying, everybody was saying, this is spontaneous, this trailer was released in July, this was all on the anniversary of 9/11, they had mortars, they had rocket-propelled grenades, but it was spontaneous. And the president still yesterday on "The View" didn't say, well, maybe terrorism. Meaning, they never said it definitively. Reaction?

HERMAN CAIN, R-FORMER PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATE: Failure of leadership. The fact that the president's skipped intelligence briefings, the fact that his administration had multiple stories, different stories coming from different corners of the administration, shows that the president was not engaged or leading on this issue, Sean. And now they're finally admitting that it was planned, coordinated, and a terrorist attack. Now all of a sudden they're finally coming out. It's simply a failure of leadership. Period.

HANNITY: But you know something, there's also -- and I was bringing this up with Bob Woodward -- the media in this country has sold out the American people. And there are no Woodward and Bernsteins here. And that is, you know, could you imagine if George Bush, four dead Americans, two Navy SEALs, one ambassador, just a bump in the road. Talks about a -- this is a guy who ran and said Iran, Cuba, Venezuela, those countries are tiny, they're not a threat.

CAIN: Right.

HANNITY: And now we're saying, well, it's only noise that the Israelis are making about the Iranians getting nuclear weapons, saying that they'll going to wipe Israel off the map. What would happen if George Bush said that?

CAIN: Oh, they would be all over it. They would be calling for his resignation, they would be calling for him to be impeached. You and I know that. But I've never seen bias on the part of the mainstream, lame stream media, Sean, like we're seeing now, than I've never seen like this anytime before. And it's just downright disgusting.

HANNITY: Obama is laughing his head off. Obama knows he's manipulating all of these guys.

CAIN: Absolutely.

HANNITY: Whatever he says, they'll repeat it, and they'll focus on the insignificant superfluous arguments but they won't go over his record on the economy.

CAIN: And here's the other thing. He will change his story depending upon on who he's talking to. You pointed out at the beginning of this show how he has failed on all of the promises that he had said. He criticized George Bush for what happened in his administration relative to the deficit, and now it's even worse on the Obama. And the other thing that the mainstream media allows President Obama to get away with is double talk being disingenuous and at times, downright dishonest. That's how bad they are in his pocket in terms of trying to help him get reelected.

HANNITY: You debated Mitt Romney, you've been on the stage with him, he will share stage, one week from tonight with "The Anointed one," with the president.

CAIN: Yes.

HANNITY: And so, my question is, how do you think he'll do and what advice would you have for him? My advice would be, presidential, be passionate, be appropriately aggressive in terms of countering the false narrative that's being run against him and explain to the American people what you would do. I'd keep it that simple.

CAIN: I would keep it that simple and I would do one other thing. I happen to believe -- because I did spent on the stage and debate Mitt Romney and others -- here's what Governor Romney will clearly show. His depth of knowledge and understanding of the issues is going to be as clear as night and day. And that's not a coded racial slur or anything like that. You know, how the liberals are.

HANNITY: You can only say Chicago, that is now the official racist term according to NBC News.

CAIN: It's not a coded racial slur.

Look, you -- people have going to see how articulate, how knowledgeable and how quick and how logical Governor Romney is standing next to President Obama because President Obama is simply going to be using rhetoric and fishing for words in order to try and dance around the real issues and admit some of the things if the moderators do their job.

HANNITY: If. That's a big if. Herman Cain, good to see you as always.

CAIN: Thank you, Sean.
