Sneak peek: Will the new iPad come in gold and color?

Last month, Apple revealed two new iPhones: the iPhone 5S and 5C. Now, leaked images of their rumored new generation of iPads have lead people to believe the tech giant will follow up with colorful (and shiny) new iPads. (Martin Hajek/www.martinhajek.com)

According to a patent filed by Apple, the iPad 5 may feature the ability to charge your iPad wire-free simply by closing its cover. The iPad 5 is expected to be thinner and smaller while still being able to carry a 9.7-inch Retina Display. We might also see a vibrating mode for message alerts and within games. (Martin Hajek/www.martinhajek.com)

The new iPad is extremely similiar in design to the iPad mini. The new iPad mini design is expected to remain virtually unchanged from the original, although it will see one big change in the form of a retina display. (Martin Hajek/www.martinhajek.com)

Will the new iPads include the Touch ID feature? According to rumors, we might see the new products as early as October 2013. (Martin Hajek/www.martinhajek.com)
