Crews were working tirelessly Wednesday to free a worker who was submerged in sand at a construction site in West Palm Beach, WFLX FOX 29 reported.
Aerial footage shows emergency workers digging for the worker, who has not been identified. Sand was originally covering the man up to his chest.
