A North Carolina woman spent 19 hours in a wooded area before a group of kids saw where her SUV ran off the road and found her, MyFOX8 in North Carolina reported.
Sandra Fuller had just dropped off a friend at home around 11:30 p.m. Saturday night when she failed to negotiated a curve and plunged down thick brush near a creek, North Carolina Highway Patrol told the station.
Her vehicle was hidden from the road, and the people who live in the nearest home, may had been able to hear the accident, but were away for the weekend, MyFOX8 reported.
Fuller was in stable condition at a local hospital Monday afternoon.
The accident is being investigated and charges against Fuller are pending, police said.
