GENEVA – Stockpiled H1N1 flu vaccines are still effective against the former pandemic virus and should be used to protect at-risk groups, the head of the World Health Organization said on Tuesday.
WHO Director-General Margaret Chan said while the pandemic is over, the virus would keep circulating like a seasonal flu for years to come.
