Tonight ... "The O'Reilly Factor" is on!

Authorities continue to drain the pond across from the Marriott Hotel where Natalee Holloway (search) was last seen while investigators await the results of DNA analysis from labs in the Netherlands and the United States. What clues lead them to this new search area and what will they find? Plus who is the new eyewitness in this mysterious case? "On The Record's" Greta Van Susteren joins Bill with the very latest.

And, American private investigator T.J. Ward levels some serious charges against Aruba. He's just returned from the Caribbean island and joins Bill tonight.

Then, in Florida, accused terrorist fundraiser Sami al-Arian (search) is on trial in federal court on a variety of terrorism charges. If convicted he could get life in prison. Is the penalty too harsh? Tampa Tribune reporter Michael Fechter has the latest on the trial.

Also, some people oppose jail time for middle school teacher Debra Lafave (search), who recently turned down a plea deal, saying she wants to go to trial and claim she was insane when she had sex with a 14-year-old student. The 24-year-old teacher faces up to 75 years in a Florida prison for a variety of things she allegedly did with the boy. Again, we ask, is the penalty too harsh? Radio talk show host Steve Young enters the "No Spin Zone."

And, we’ll continue our investigation into how terrible child sexual abusers are getting light sentences.

Plus, hundreds of rapes occur on luxury cruise ships each year. It’s a crime epidemic. And recently, newlywed groom George Smith (search) vanished from a cruise ship off the coast of Turkey after witnesses say they heard voices arguing aboard the ship. Blood was found near his cabin. Did he jump? Was he pushed overboard? “A Current Affair” (search) host Tim Green joins Bill with more on this Mediterranean mystery.

These stories and much more including a brand-new edition of Bill's world famous "Talking Points Memo" and "The Most Ridiculous Item of the Day"!

About the Show

"Other interview news shows are guest-driven," says Emmy award-winning broadcast journalist Bill O'Reilly. "'The O'Reilly Factor' is driven by me. I will not stand for 'spin.' I look for guests who will stand up and verbally battle for what they believe in."

"The O'Reilly Factor" uncovers news items from the established wisdom and goes against the grain of the more traditional interview-style programs. O'Reilly's signature "No Spin Zone" cuts through the rhetoric as he interviews the players who make the story newsworthy.

Pushing beyond just the headlines, "The O'Reilly Factor" also features issues from local markets that do not find the national spotlight on other newscasts. According to O'Reilly, "Just because a story originates from somewhere the networks typically avoid, doesn't mean it contains less challenging issues, or compelling ideas."
