Defense Gets Its Turn: Scott Peterson's defense team will present its witnesses today as the penalty phase of the case continues in Redwood City, California. The defense presentation comes just a day after Laci Peterson's mother delivered emotional testimony to the jury about why her former son-in-law deserves the death penalty.

Peterson's parents are planning to take the stand today in their son's defense. Will the testimony from Scott's mom keep her son off death row? Our own FOX News Senior Judicial Correspondent Judge Andrew Napolitano walks us through what the defense team must do to build a compelling case for saving a convicted client from the death penalty.

O Canada! President Bush wraps up his two-day trip to Canada today. This morning, he thanked Canadians for helping Americans after the terror attacks of September 11, 2001 and offered an olive branch to those who were not pleased with the decision to go to war against Iraq. We'll get an in-depth look at the president's visit from FNC's Molly Henneberg, who is traveling with the president.

Should Annan Go? As the oil-for-food scandal continues to grow a new report is also taking aim at the organization's effectiveness. Plus, Minnesota Senator Norm Coleman (R) is calling on Annan to step down as U.N. Secretary General. We'll get the latest from FNC Senior Correspondent Eric Shawn who has been following the oil-for-food story from the beginning.
