ORLANDO, Fla. – An unnamed buyer has shelled out $500 for a copy of a high school yearbook that contains pictures of a central Florida woman accused of killing her daughter.
The Orlando Sentinel reports that the 2003 Colonial High School yearbook with pictures of Casey Anthony was sold on the Web site eBay.com Wednesday.
The book didn't belong to Anthony, who is charged with murdering her 2-year-old daughter Caylee. It sold for $499.99, plus shipping and insurance.
Caylee Anthony disappeared last June and her remains were not found until last December. Anthony has pleaded not guilty.
Prosecutors have filed notice they intend to seek the death penalty in Anthony's case, which has garnered national attention.
