A South Dakota-based college with campuses in several states is claiming trademark violations and cyber piracy in a lawsuit against a company it says uses online sites called Naughty American University and Fast Times at NAU.

National American University offers degree programs on 16 campuses in South Dakota, Colorado, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, New Mexico and Texas. It also has distance learning courses over the Internet.

Dlorah Inc., which operates under the National American University name, filed the civil complaint in federal court in Rapid City against La Touraine Inc., which is registered in Nevada and has a San Diego business address.

The lawsuit accuses La Touraine of illegally using the porn sites.
