GLENN BECK, HOST: A counselor at a Planned Parenthood clinic in Memphis, Tennessee, has been caught on tape telling a girl who she thought was 14 to lie to a judge about her age of an alleged 31-year-old boyfriend so she could obtain a waiver for her abortion without her parents' knowledge. The girl wasn't 14. She was 18 at the time. The boyfriend doesn't exist, but that doesn't matter. The law was broken in Tennessee.

Joining me now, the woman who conducted the undercover investigation, and others to expose Planned Parenthood's non-compliance with the law, 20-year-old Lila Rose. She's the president of Live Action. She's a junior at UCLA.

OK, Lila, first of all, before we see the tape, why did you do this?

LILA ROSE, LIVEACTION.ORG: I did this because Planned Parenthood covers up the sexual abuse of young girls that come into their clinics needing help and they have been doing this across the country for years. There are real cases of girls who speak out later and civilly sue Planned Parenthood in a court of law.

I was just in Cincinnati, Ohio, there are two big cases. The little girls went in to Planned Parenthood, 14 and 13, they said, "I'm with an older man, what do I do?" Planned Parenthood gives them a secret abortion and sends them back to the situations of sexual abuse. Sometimes, they're even incest situations. It's absolutely terrible.

BECK: OK.

ROSE: And its organization — yes?

BECK: So, wait. So, tell me what I'm going to see on this tape now. What is this?

ROSE: OK. This is the sixth clinic, number six, and our Mona Lisa — Live Action's Mona Lisa project, going undercover into Planned Parenthood. And what you're going to see is going to shock you.

In Memphis, Tennessee, the Planned Parenthood employee, the counselor tells me — I'm posing undercover as a 14-year-old girl, that I should lie to a judge to obtain a secret abortion because I have a 31-year-old boyfriend, supposedly, that I don't want anyone to know about.

BECK: OK.

Video: Watch Beck's interview

ROSE: So, she's perpetuating the manipulation of this young girl.

BECK: OK. Here's the videotape.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: So, you don't want your parents to know?

ROSE: Because then if they knew, they would find out about my boyfriend. And he's a lot older.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: He's just older than you? Like a lot older than you?

ROSE: He's 31.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: OK. And how old are you?

ROSE: Is he going to get in trouble?

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: No.

ROSE: You promise?

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: I don't know.

OK, the main point is that you want to .

ROSE: I'm 14 but I'm turning 15 in two months.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: I'm not going to tell anybody, OK? And please don't say that I told you this. But you need to call them. You need to call her.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Are they going to ask questions about her boyfriend?

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: No.

ROSE: She's — they don't need to know?

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: If you don't mention it. Just say you have a boyfriend, 17 years old, whatever. She's going to say, OK, just — she's going to give you a court date and you have to go to court that day.

ROSE: But .

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: And that day, they're going to ask you, "You want to have this done, this is your decision," and you're going to say, yes. OK, the judge is going to sign a paper and he's going to give it you.

ROSE: And he's not going to ask about my boyfriend — the judge?

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: No.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

BECK: I mean, this is — this is absolutely horrifying.

ROSE: Stunning.

BECK: Fourteen-years-old. What has happened now, Twila? What has happened to the woman who was giving, what, she thought was a 14-year-old girl advice to go to a court of law, lie to a judge, and protect a 31-year- old man who just impregnated a 14-year-old girl? What happened to the Planned Parenthood girl?

ROSE: Glenn, the horrible thing about this is this is not the only clinic. This isn't just one employee. I have been undercover in an unnamed number of clinics, many clinics. And we've released six, actually, eight of them so far, including the Los Angeles one I did near my school, UCLA.

And what we have found again and again, what Live Action has found, is that Planned Parenthood institutionally covers up sexual abuse to procure secret abortions for little girls and then sends them back to the sexual abuser. Nothing has happened to this employee, and Planned Parenthood, hardly, will even admit that this is going on. It's absolutely stunning.

BECK: Well, they said that they don't know if this is accurate. They are doing their own internal investigations, but they're going to take very strong .

ROSE: Oh, yes.

BECK: . they're going to take very actions because if this is true, this person violated their own internal policies. This isn't their own .

ROSE: This isn't just internal.

BECK: This is their .

ROSE: These are laws.

BECK: Thank you. Thank you.

ROSE: Laws are in place to protect these young girls and Planned Parenthood not only is disobeying laws across the country, and they've been sued civilly for this, they've never been convicted criminally, never once been convicted criminally. But they're not only disobeying laws, but their supposed obligation to help women and to be there for women is totally thrown out the window here.

These little girls aren't being looked at holistically. They're being looked at as plumbing problems. They come in there, "Oh, you're pregnant? Let's get you an abortion."

They don't care what future they're sending a little girl to, what past the little girl came from. Instead, they're giving them secret abortions and then sending them on their merry way. And these young girls that have — go back often into cycles of long-time abuse.

BECK: OK.

ROSE: It's horrible. And this organization, as many people might not know, received, even last year, a third of a billion dollars in tax money.

BECK: OK.

ROSE: So, they're breaking laws, they're hurting girls, and they're getting our money for it.

BECK: OK. Lila, we will follow this for you Monday. Thank you very much.
