Two 10-Year-Old Boys Charged With Raping Girl

LONDON – London police say they have charged a pair of 10-year-old boys with raping an 8-year-old girl.

Scotland Yard said Wednesday that the alleged rape happened in west London two months ago, but officials declined to provide any other details of the case.

Both boys are to be arraigned in court Thursday but are not expected to be identified. British law typically shields juveniles from public identification in criminal cases.
