Firefighters in Southern California continued to battle devastating wildfires Tuesday morning that have killed 17 people and destroyed at least 1,134 homes.

We'll get live Team FOX coverage of the devastating situation from William La Jeunesse in Simi Valley and Trace Gallagher, who is at the evacuation center in San Diego.

Also joining us will be one of the heroic firefighters just back from the frontlines of the California blaze -- San Bernardino County Fire Capt. Ken Munsey.

And, police have just released a sketch of one of two alleged arsonists suspected of causing the San Bernardino fire. What could motivate someone to start such a tragic firestorm? We'll examine the situation.

Plus, a car bomb exploded near a police station in the tense city of Fallujah (search), killing at least six people, witnesses said. The attack comes a day after homicide bombers struck the Red Cross (search) headquarters and three police stations in Baghdad, killing about three-dozen people and causing foreign organizations to weigh their role in the insurgency-plagued nation.

Reps. James Moran, D-Va., and Sue Kelly, R-N.Y., will assess the situation in the violence stricken country.

Will the international Red Cross follow other aid groups and pull staff from Iraq? Organization spokeswoman Nada Doumani will answer our questions.
