The news begins anew with "Studio B"...

Vice President Dick Cheney's chief aide I. Lewis "Scooter" Libby (search) is indicted by a grand jury in relation to the CIA leak investigation.

Libby is charged with five counts including obstruction of justice, making false statements to mislead a grand jury and perjury.

Almost immediately after the indictment was handed down, Libby resigned as Cheney's chief of staff.

We'll get legal insight from Judge Andrew Napolitano, FOX News' senior judicial analyst, and reaction from Juan Williams, senior national correspondent for NPR.

Then, some lawmakers are accusing the entire oil industry of gouging, saying they're cashing in while consumers are forced to shell out more for sky-high prices. We'll get reaction from Patricia Powell, president of Powell Financial Group.

Real journalism: fair and balanced. That's why we're No. 1 — FOX News Channel.
