Tonight...go on the record...with Greta! Should the pre-September 11 terror briefings be released to the public? We'll have a live report on the latest with our own Jim Rosen and then we'll hear from both sides on this controversial issues. Joining us this evening: Tennessee Democrat Rep. Harold Ford, Jr. and Georgia Republican Rep. Jack Kingston.

Then, we'll also take a look at the firestorm surrounding a 1999 Library of Congress report which eerily warned of an attack by terrorists on federal buildings, including the Pentagon. Was the report ignored? Former House Speaker Newt Gingrich recommended that we increase homeland security when he was still in Congress way back in 1999. He weighs in the the topic this evening.

Plus, should the Federal Aviation Administration have communicated more directly with the heads of commercial airline companies to warn them of possible hijackings after the so-called "20th hijacker" Zacarias Moussaoui was arrested?
