A toddler was killed after the stroller she was riding in rolled into the path of a recycling truck and was run over in England, U.K.'s Daily Mail reports.

The buggy rolled off the pavement, instantly killing 18-month-old Noor Taswar after her mother tried to catch hold of her 4-year-old son, who had slipped from her grasp.
"It is an appalling tragedy that was the result of a freak set of circumstances," a police source told the Daily Mail. "No one blames anyone for what happened."
