Greg Mount is the Vice President and Senior International Economist with Bank One’s Corporate Economics Group.

Mount started with the legacy First Chicago Corporation in 1992, where he established his career as an international economist. He currently manages the international operations of the Corporate Economics Group, heads up the international forecast for the group’s forecasting team, and authors WorldWatch, a monthly publication which tracks the performance of U.S. trading partners.

Mount also contributes to One View, the group’s flagship publication, and to Outlook-at-a-Glance, a weekly summary of economic conditions.

Mount has traveled extensively in Asia, Europe, Latin America, and Africa, and regularly consults with some of the top economists in the world.

Mount was recently elected president to the prestigious Chicago Association for Business Economics, a chapter of the National Association for Business Economics.

Mount received his bachelor’s degree in Economics from Northwestern University, and a MBA in Managerial Economics, International Business and Finance from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern.

Mount and his wife live in metropolitan Chicago.
